SF Giants

There's an great story up over at ESPN located here, about closer Robb Nen. He was an amazing closer for the Giants and it's too bad that he never got the opportunity to pitch again after the 2002 World Series. He was a warrior and I know that for the past few years that the Giants have missed having him available.

“Would you believe … ?”

Comedian Don Adams who portrayed the bumbling secret agent Maxwell Smart has died. CNN has more about it here. This was another TV show that I grew up with (as well as Gilligan's Island) and it's sad to see another comedic genius of this genre pass on.

The Move

So it appears that the movers are coming to get my stuff on the 29th. I've got 7.5 days left to sort through what's going, what's getting trashed, and what to put into storage. I absolutely hate the process of moving but I'm thrilled to be moving back into San Francisco after 16 months of being away.

Feedster Media Network

So about 2 weeks ago I mentioned that we'd been busting our butts at work to release some new features. Many people know that part of what we do in the insertion of advertisements into feeds. We've done this for a few bigger publishers such as OSTG and AlwaysOn.

We've made some considerable changes to the system lately and we're currently beta-testing the insertion of advertisements into the feeds of smaller publishers. Soon we'll be opening up to the world at large for any Publisher, Blogger or anyone else with a feed to monetize your feeds through targeted advertising.
